Money Magic

Creating Money Without Struggle free webinar
Michelle Masters

I enjoyed this video, especially these questions that made me think of where my conscious belief was about Money.  Some were very surprising, the beliefs and programs that most of us probably have gained from a very young age.  Also in the last 5-10 minutes of the video she takes us through a small meditation and visualization of what our life would be like if we finished it out believing what we do now, and then allowing us to visualize a better life and see us living out that reality to the end of our lives.

Most of the things that happen to us is because of our Subconscious Belief,   Maybe we are not even Conscious of it.  Mind you the Conscious mind can be educated and used to Create a New Belief.

Matthew 21:22
22If you believe, you will receive” whatever you ask in prayer

King James Bible
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

So the truth is we are creating every day, whatever we believe will manifest, often we believe in evil in others, and we find evidence of it, this has made me question if we are creating it by our belief, our Faith!   Those beliefs are creating, Scientifically it is Called using the RAS, Renal Activating System.  In religion it is called Faith.  Can we first take responsibility for what we are creating in our lives by looking at it.  I know it's hard, are they our belief's or are they what we have been told to believe from our Parents, from our Community, from Society, from the Collective, which is a belief held by a large group of people, which is so very powerful.

I know people have seen the power of Prayer when people pray together, it is much stronger.  Healing is stronger!!!!   Baby Steps!!!!

Not just about Money, it could apply to anything in our lives.

Questions to ask ourselves!!!  That I got from the above video!

What do you think in your relationship with yourself and money?  Many of these belief's are subconscious and effect our lives.  Please respond with the first answer that comes to mind, and those are perhaps some of the serious blocks that you have and programs where if you change your belief about each question you may change your life!

RAS-How the SECRET and Thoughts create our Reality!

RAS-Reticular Activating System

I found this really interesting as we have all heard of the Laws of Attraction and yet none of us really know how it works.  We have heard of Affirmations, Visualization but really it's stretching something to make ourselves believe something when all we see if evidence of something else.  The more we believe that evidence exists the more it shows up!  It is still a belief!  Faith is everything so I have found!  We believe something is there, weather good or bad and we are going to look for it until we find it.  "Seek and you shall find"  That is why Elders, age old Sages have always said, our thoughts create our reality!

Sometimes when things are not going right and all a person is finding is evidence of the bad things in their life, it's time to step back and cleanse thoughts and beliefs and put new thoughts, new images into your mind. We are all guilty of it, but let's stop the blame game of others and take responsibility for ourselves where we can. We can't control another's thoughts or actions, but we can begin by controlling our own.  Not easy, yet we are ultimately still responsible for the things we create in our lives.  That's a big pill to swallow.  It's one thing to know it, but also another thing to Master it completely.  Many of us are struggling each day, with it!

I find it interesting how our minds will only see what we believe and it will come to our attention, if it is not in our mind then then there is no way we can see the potential even if it is front of our eyes.

It's possible to build a new dream a new vision, but first we have to forgive all that we believe to be true.  That is especially hard if we have major feelings attached to those thoughts, those visions!

"Elder’s Meditation of the Day August 9
“Praying to seek a vision, to seek truth is always right. Truth builds upon itself – as the true mark of a warrior who conducts himself/herself accordingly – so that its beauty may shine in the faces of our children.”
–Barney Bush, SHAWNEE

We move toward and become like that which we think about. What we think about creates our vision. If our thoughts are wise and good, then our vision becomes strong and truthful. If our thoughts are junk, then our vision becomes contaminated. It’s important to be aware of what we are thinking about. As I live my vision, my children watch and live their lives the same way. We need to live the walk of the Warrior. We need to walk in beauty and respect.
Oh Great Spirit, give me a vision for today. Let me see truth. Let me walk in beauty. Let my heart guide me in truth. The law says the truth shall set you free. Let me be free today."

STOP FEEDING THE BEAST

I was praying one night, about why there was so much misery, suffering, lies, theft and manipulation and in a sincere heavy heart I asked the Creator why.................?

A Vision jumped in front of my face of a Spirit, that has Brownish Red eyes, small gagged teeth and he Hissed into my Face the words and sound I will never forget "THEY ARE MINE".  Wow that took me back a second and since I was already praying, I began to pray more, and I began to see things that every one of us sees each day, our Children, how they do not know they are our sons and daughters, I saw how our children get lured into drugs.  I saw people carrying on resentments because no one knew how to forgive.  I know that is not easy, and forgiveness is the hardest thing to let go of certain things and move on.  After all we know if we let our guard down, others are just there waiting for that perfect moment.  So the cycle continues!!!!!

Then as I was still praying, I had a vision this same Spirit, a little ways away from me, and something bad happened in the Community, and this spirit Laughed a Loud Happy Laugh.................. it was being fed by the things done wrong to each other in the community.

I began to pray and pray more and more, I was up all night praying with a burden on my heart.  I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that harmful energy had created a beast, a spirit that feeds off of suffering, a spirit that feeds off of us harming each other, and a beast that feeds off of us hating each other, no matter the reason.

We always feel justified if we were not treated right!  Perhaps we are, and even me, I am not immune.  I have had many attacks since, and I find it very Hard, Harmful, and even it has been making me upset, to the point that I have to consider if I am feeding the beast by holding onto it.  We each have to look at ourselves and take responsibility.  Most of are not even aware, that we are feeding it.

Through my life, I have known pain, I have known suffering, and I was taken from my family by Social Services at a young age and was placed into Foster Home after Foster Home.  One of those Families was actually the KKK and I experienced so much Trauma much like the Children of Residential Schools!  There is no way to go into that for that would be a whole book, but it did effect my Children, Relationships, Drug and Alcohol Abuse.  Yes we all know those things cause 7 Generations of Trauma.

So I sought a Path of Forgiveness, that wasn't easy, no one could give it to me!  I knew that by holding on, by not Forgiving I was only harming myself!  I began a journey of Healing that taught me to Rely on things that were True in all Spirituality, all Religions.  I am not talking about Doctrines of any one church, most Religions have TRUTH, they are True in each Religions.  I am talking about the Attributes that exist within all Religions, the TRUTHS we all have that are Common and have Morality within all.  Like Love, Like Forgiveness, Like Conscience, Like Justice and Compassion.  Like Humility, Like Serenity, Like Innocence/Harmlessness, Like Integrity and Like Spirit that gives all things Life, and More Like Trust and Faith, Respect, all of those things, and I could go on about those but am sure you get the Point.  That jumbled mess inside of me, from so much pain and suffering, and all those things I harm myself by holding on and not forgiving.  Forgiveness does not mean for one moment that we condone actions taken by another!  If the intent is to harm someone, we are feeding the Beast!

Lets Face it, if we all Respected each other in the First Place, treated each other right we would have a world Closest to Perfection as Possible.

What I am suggesting is that we Feed the Good Spirits, treat each other right, finding ways to work though our own issues without adding to it!   There is so much Chaos in the world, and yes we all see it, but we can work on our own Back Yard, by praying together, first Finding Healing for ourself, maybe it is even forgiving those toxic feelings within ourself, because let's face it, each one of us deserves to feel good, to feel loved, to feel respected, to be cared for and if no one is going to do it for us, we must do it for ourselves.

I am not perfect and I have a long way to go, I still react when I am not treated right!  I know that I deserve better from others, but I also know that if I don't Forgive, I am also harming myself!  At the same time we should also let others know we are not a doormat for that abuse!

What we do with all of this is up to us, to wipe the slate clean and move forward.  Perhaps Pray together!  Remind Each other, know that each and every person is a sacred part of Creation, including us!  After all when it comes down to it, it is our soul, our spirit on the Line!  It may seem like every other issue in the book, but it comes down to our own very soul!

Many of us who do pray, see the results of prayer.  When we pray together, we see those results multiplied, we see Healing, we see situations Resolved because we put them in the Creators hands.

So I am asking People to Pray together, for ourselves so we heal, for each other, our families, our communities and the World.

To get there we must first "STOP FEEDING THE BEAST"

MOON VOID OF COURSE

Have you ever gone to an interview and it came to nothing, tried to acquire something and it came to nothing?  It became VOID OF COURSE!!!!!!!

There are certain times when the moon, is not in the magnetic pull of the Earth, it has a neutral energy on the Earth.and is moving from one Zodiac to another!

This is the great time, to release any long past, grudges you have been holding onto, feelings you want to let go, issues that you may have, curses that you feel are following you!

Here is a chart that will show you the whole year, and each time there is a Moon Void of course/when it starts and ends.

Understanding Fats

http://www.red-spirit-energy-healing.com/essential-fats.html

DID YOUR MOTHER EVER EXPLAIN THE FATS OF LIFE?

No? Well let me explain. The Essential Fats or Essential Fatty Acids, are fats you must have in your diet for good health; often termed "good fats" as opposed to the "bad fats." In fact we have good fats, bad fats, and the downright ugly, and I admit it can be quite confusing.

"YOUR BODY NEEDS ESSENTIAL FATS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY

Nearly half of the dry weight of the brain is fat, and a quarter of this is cholesterol. Cholesterol is an essential part of sex hormones, bile acids, D vitamins and steroid hormones from the cortex of the adrenal gland, among other important substances. Cholesterol does not need to be eaten, because the liver and other tissues can manufacture cholesterol from saturated fats"
It all gets so technical and confusing! So keeping it simple is very important. So I found a video that I hope will help.

To Opiate or not to Opiate? That is the question!

To Opiate or not to Opiate? That is the question!

An all natural supplement formulated to help ease the symptoms of opiate withdrawal naturally and effectively.*

Above Link is a way to get off of Opiates with vitamins and minerals providing Calm Support during the process.

When the pain is so bad physically, that life is not normal any more; that is a question that those of us who are there, have to consider!  The pain is so bad that all we want is relief, we need guidance at this point of our path and have to pray that someone is looking out for us. Pain does not make anyone think straight.

My First Journey through Pain, there was a group of people who were canvassing on behalf of those stuck with addictions and were pushing Doctors to go natural.  I was in pain so bad, I went to the Hospital demanding something for Pain!  Doctors then began sharing with me how I would become addicted by the time I got my pain under control!  They sent me through routes of Physical therapy and I had to focus on Spiritual Attributes to guide me along the way.  It wasn't easy I thought they were barbaric to be honest!  We get those questions, why me?  I think the Creator had a plan!

Now I am in pain again, and the Question is coming up because of the severe pain, I know it's not easy, and believe me I would love to alleviate the pain, quickly.  I also know I would be left with a host of addictions that can be seen in society in general, extreme instability, shakes, feelings seriously ill.
I am fortunate again to have a Doctor that understand Addictive Personalities especially those in First Nation Communities, and I have to go through finding ways of focusing on healing, through Physical Therapy and Spiritual Attributes again. Also I am arming myself with food!  When I do come through I know the Creator will give me a store house of Knowledge, although each bit of it will be gained the hard way!  I don't know the reason, it's probably Karmic as I take on too much, and don't take care of myself enough.  That is a lesson in itself!

Some are not so lucky, either by personal choice or through the care of a Health Giver, choose to feel good now, (no judgements either, it's not something that we always have a logical choice about and end up paying a long term serious price for taking away the pain now!  I was seriously impressed to find this Natural Substance, and feel like I was drawn to it on my healing Journey.  I offer it as a potential solution for any person who may need it.  No judgements we each and all have our journey for a reason.  One day that may mean something to someone else's journey!  Then we can say thank you!

Meet Ryan Below a former addict and the Creator of Calm Support who decided to be a Sponsor for my blog.  Each and every sponsor I choose, will be something I believe in that is relevant to my own healing journey, and in the process my hope is that it will be very educational and that I will be able to turn something difficult in my life into something that is quite positive.  Often times we do not see that right away in any thing that has happened to us.  We usually only see it down the road, sometimes years later after we have accepted it.

Fiddleheads-A Healing Food?

Fiddlehead-Traditional Food -One of the best forms of healing within our traditional local foods.  I found a chart of the in depth Analysis of Nutrients.  Pretty impressive actually, that a balance of such high nutritional value is found in a food that has traditionally been used in the spring and brought so much health benefits to the people.
Knowing them in depth we also know that they can and will cleanse our bodies of long winter stores, held in the body over the winter season!
Fiddleheads are loaded with so many vitamins and minerals.  They provide an excellent source of Iron and Magnesium and many other Highly Nutritious Vitamins and Minerals.

My favourite way to eat them is on the BBQ, especially if they have already been blanched.

RECIPE:
Place Frozen Fiddle Heads in Tin Foil, with Butter and a Little Salt and Pepper.  Cook on BBQ till tender.  They are amazing!!!

The Insulin-Magnesium Story-Building Blocks of Life

Ok have to admit, it gets a little technical, mind you in layman terms, without Magnesium there is no life!  Certain things like alcohol and excessive sugar actually deplete Magnesium in the body.  Depression, soreness of muscles, and many other conditions are an attribute of depleted Magnesium.  I am totally aware of this long term deficiency in my own life!  I am working on it, in my healing journey!

Imagine our children whom are so fussy, I sometimes wonder what we are setting them up for by giving in to their limited fast food wants.  If they are agitated all the time, it just maybe they are already deficient!  There are ways to get foods high in Magnesium into the diet!  Can add a little  spinach to smoothies!  It won't be tasted!  Chop it up fine and put it in a Spaghetti Sauce, no one will know it's there, except you, you will feel like you have a new secret weapon on your journey to keeping your children Healthy!  Mind you much of Magnesium has even been reduced in the natural food form because of the imbalance with nature, depleting the soil, overuse of chemicals etc.....  So Magnesium Supplements, that can be absorbed easily is so important.  Epsom Salts baths are also useful in eliminating harmful toxins and allowing the body to absorb Magnesium through the Skin. Baking Soda Baths also are of High Benefit.

Let's face it, Health is a Balance of Nature, when things go too far out of Balance there is no Health.  We can treat it with Drugs, and that may be quick and fast, but it's Synthetic and the Long-Term effects just end up giving us another problem.  So it is a journey to find that Balance of proper Nutrition with the Balance of Vitamins and Minerals that are needed to create a Healthy Mind Body and Spirit!  I will not go so far to say Modern Medicine in not needed, because the advancements in Surgery, repairing bones, cuts, burns, etc......  Honestly, where would we be without those advantages?  This subject of Magnesium is so detailed that is should be a part of everyone of our daily language and Health Journey!
My Bath Recipe:
You can  Heat and dissolve the Epsom Salt and Baking soda in a pan on the stove in a Litre of Water and then add to your bath.

1C Epsom Salt
1/4 C Baking Soda
1 Litre Water
Now onto the technical knowledge, I am off to my Bath.

The Insulin Magnesium Story

Insulin Magnesium
Magnesium is necessary for both the action of insulin and the manufacture of insulin.
Magnesium is a basic building block to life and is present in ionic form throughout the full landscape of human physiology. Without insulin though, magnesium doesn’t get transported from our blood into our cells where it is most needed. When Dr. Jerry Nadler of the Gonda Diabetes Center at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, California, and his colleagues placed 16 healthy people on magnesium-deficient diets, their insulin became less effective at getting sugar from their blood into their cells, where it’s burned or stored as fuel. In other words, they became less insulin sensitive or what is called insulin resistant. And that’s the first step on the road to both diabetes and heart disease.
Insulin is a common denominator, a central figure in life as is magnesium. The task of insulin is to store excess nutritional resources. This system is an evolutionary development used to save energy and other nutritional necessities in times (or hours) of abundance in order to survive in times of hunger. Little do we appreciate that insulin is not just responsible for regulating sugar entry into the cells but also magnesium, one of the most important substances for life. It is interesting to note here that the kidneys are working at the opposite end physiologically dumping from the blood excess nutrients that the body does not need or cannot process in the moment.
Controlling the level of blood sugars is only one of the many functions of insulin.
Insulin plays a central role in storing magnesium but if our cells become resistant to insulin, or if we do not produce enough insulin, then we have a difficult time storing magnesium in the cells where it belongs. When insulin processing becomes problematic magnesium gets excreted through our urine instead and this is the basis of what is called magnesium wasting disease.
There is a strong relationship between magnesium and insulin action. Magnesium is important for the effectiveness of insulin. A reduction of magnesium in the cells strengthens insulin resistance. [1],[2]
Low serum and intracellular magnesium concentrations are associated with insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance, and decreased insulin secretion. [3],[4],[5] Magnesium improves insulin sensitivity thus lowering insulin resistance. Magnesium and insulin need each other. Without magnesium, our pancreas won’t secrete enough insulin–or the insulin it secretes won’t be efficient enough–to control our blood sugar.
Magnesium in our cells helps the muscles to relax but if we can’t store magnesium because the cells are resistant then we lose magnesium which makes the blood vessels constrict, affects our energy levels, and causes an increase in blood pressure. We begin to understand the intimate connection between diabetes and heart disease when we look at the closed loop between declining magnesium levels and declining insulin efficiency.
Though it would be a long stretch of the longest giraffe’s neck to compare insulin with chlorophyll we are walking a trail at the very nuclear core of life.  It’s the magnesium trail and we find to our surprise that it takes us into intimate contact with the very structure and foundation of life. The dedication of this chapter is to the beauty of magnesium, to its meaning in life, in health and in medicine.
We were talking about chlorophyll and now insulin and putting magnesium in-between. Walking further along is the DHEA magnesium story and the DNA magnesium story. And then there is the cholesterol magnesium story. Every part of life is in love with magnesium except allopathic medicine which just cannot accept it in all its light, flame and beauty. Thousands of years ago the Chinese named it the beautiful metal and they were seeing something pharmaceutical medicine does not want to see for there is little money to be made from something so common.
In a study from Taiwan, the risk of dying from diabetes was inversely proportional to the level of magnesium in the drinking water.[6]- Dr. Jerry L. Nadler
Dr. In other words, they became less insulin sensitive.
Insulin regulates cholesterol levels. There is a direct connection between the level of cholesterol and the level of insulin.
Magnesium is necessary for both the action of insulin and the manufacture of insulin. Magnesium is a basic building block to life and is present in ionic form throughout the full landscape of human physiology. Without insulin though, magnesium doesn’t get transported from our blood into our cells where it is most needed.
Diabetes mellitus is associated with magnesium depletion, which in turn contributes to metabolic complications of diabetes including vascular disease and osteoporosis. Intracellular depletion is directly connected to the impaired ability of insulin to increase intracellular magnesium during insulin deficiency or insulin resistance. Magnesium deficiency per se has been reported to result in insulin resistance.
Insulin resistance and magnesium depletion result in a vicious cycle of worsening insulin resistance and decrease in intracellular Mg(2+) which limits the role of magnesium in vital cellular processes.[7] Magnesium is an important cofactor for enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism so anything threatening magnesium levels threatens overall metabolism. Large epidemiologic studies in adults indicate that lower dietary magnesium and lower serum magnesium are associated with increased risk for type 2 diabetes.[8],[9]
Redistribution of magnesium into cells may cause lower magnesium levels in the serum. Insulin causes this effect.
Researchers at the Institute of Internal Medicine, University of Palermo wrote, “Intracellular magnesium concentration has also been shown to be effective in modulating insulin action (mainly oxidative glucose metabolism), offset calcium-related excitation-contraction coupling, and decrease smooth cell responsiveness to depolarizing stimuli. A poor intracellular Mg concentration, as found in noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and in hypertensive patients, may result in a defective tyrosine-kinase activity at the insulin receptor level and exaggerated intracellular calcium concentration.” [10]
The link between diabetes mellitus and magnesium deficiency is well known. A growing body of evidence suggests that magnesium plays a pivotal role in reducing cardiovascular risks and may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes itself.- Dr. Jerry L. Nadler
Magnesium improves and helps correct insulin sensitivity, which is the fundamental defect that characterizes pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome and even full blown diabetes and heart disease. An intracellular enzyme called tyrosine kinase requires magnesium to allow insulin to exert its blood-sugar-lowering effects. In several studies, daily oral magnesium supplementation substantially improved insulin sensitivity by 10% and reduced blood sugar by 37%.[11],[12]Magnesium also helps correct abnormal lipoprotein patterns. We would expect to find larger improvements in this increased insulin sensitivity if magnesium is supplemented in a correct way meaning through transdermal and oral methods combined using liquid magnesium chloride (magnesium oil) as compared to the very inefficient oral solid forms commonly used.
Improved insulin sensitivity from magnesium replacement can markedly reduce triglyceride levels.[13] Reduced triglyceride availability, in turn, reduces triglyceride-rich particles, such as very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and small low-density lipoprotein (small LDL), both of which are powerful contributors to heart disease. Magnesium supplementation can also raise levels of beneficial high-density lipoprotein (HDL).[14]
Insulin regulates intracellular magnesium levels via activation of Na+/Mg2+ exchange. Insulin’s effect on Na/Mg exchange may explain the low cellular magnesium levels observed in vivo under hyperinsulinemic conditions.[15]
Magnesium is a necessary element for all living organisms both animal and plant. Chlorophyll is structured around a magnesium atom, while in animals, magnesium is a key component of cells, bones, tissues and just about every physiological process you can think of. Magnesium is primarily an intracellular cation; roughly 1% of whole-body magnesium is found extracellularly, and the free intracellular fraction is the portion regulating enzyme pathways inside the cells. Life packs the magnesium jealously into the cells, every drop of it is precious.
Add the story of red blood cells and hemoglobin, which replace the chlorophyll molecule’s magnesium center with ion to function for O2 and CO2 transport, but retains magnesium in other crucial roles, and we are on the essential axis of life that allopathic medicine can address with intensive magnesium therapies.
Magnesium improves insulin sensitivity thus lowering insulin resistance. Magnesium and insulin need each other. Without magnesium, our pancreas won’t secrete enough insulin–or the insulin it secretes won’t be efficient enough–to control our blood sugar. Insulin is a hormone. And like many hormones, insulin is a protein.  Insulin is secreted by groups of cells within the pancreas called islet cells. Insulin is much more important and has many more functions then we realize. It regulates:
  • lifespan –  Lower insulin levels equate to a longer life.
  • blood sugar
  • blood lipids
  • excess nutrients (from glucose, carbs and calories) and converts them to fat
  • builds muscle
  • stores protein
  • magnesium levels in our body
  • calcium levels in the body
  • retains sodium levels
  • cell division
  • growth hormone
  • liver functions
  • sex hormones, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone
  • cholesterol in the body
  • fat in our body
Magnesium is a cofactor for multiple enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism.[16] Adipocyte cells placed in low-magnesium media show reduction in insulin-stimulated glucose uptake.[17] Magnesium deficiency is associated with increased intracellular calcium levels, which may lead to insulin resistance. Low erythrocyte magnesium content increases membrane microviscosity, which may impair insulin interaction with its receptor.[18] Tyrosine kinase activity is decreased in muscle insulin receptors of rats fed a low-magnesium diet.[19] These findings indicate that magnesium deficiency directly affects insulin signaling.
When magnesium levels fall hypersecretion of adrenalin and insulin compensate. Their increased secretion help maintain the constancy of the levels in intracellular magnesium in the soft tissues. Plasma and intracellular magnesium concentrations are tightly regulated by insulin. In vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that insulin modulates the shift of magnesium from extracellular to intracellular space.
Dr. Ron Rosedale says that, “Insulin floating around in the blood causes plaque build-up. They didn’t know why, but we know that insulin causes endothelial proliferation. Every step of the way, insulin is causing cardiovascular disease. It fills the body with plaque, it constricts the arteries, it stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, it increases platelet adhesiveness and coaguability of the blood.”
